Forest Hills continues to be one of HRM’s fastest growing markets.  Average price is up 9% which stays consistent with average increase in 2007.  Number of sales is up by 3.  Average days on market are up slightly to 79 days.

Number of Active Listings – 201

Area 17 continues to show consistent growth year over year.   Average price increased by 8.9%.  Number of sales is down 7.3%.  Days on market are up significantly but this is due to the number of new construction builds in Russell Lake West.
